Hamour is a vast category of fish and there are several types of Hamour that are abundant in Pakistan. Reef Cod (Daama)
Reef Cod is probably the most selling fish at Imran Seafood since we introduced it to our audience few years ago. Reef Cod has nothing to do with the common Cod fish as Reef Cod belong to the grouper family. It’s known as Reef Cod because of its flavor profile resemblance with Cod. Generally a small size fish, its best known for finger fish and can do great for fish n chips style cooking.
